PUR/PIR Insulated Micro Patterned Wall Panel with Hidden Screws

In Hidden Screw Wall panels, the screws are not visible from the outside due to the form feature.

The panels, which allow horizontal and vertical installation, do not require additional coatings such as plaster and paint thanks to their laminated, semi-sine and micro-sine surface shapes.

Although the panel is produced with polyurethane filling as standard, it can be produced with class B (fireproof) Fireproof Foam (polysacyanurate) filling material according to EN DIN 4102. During production, the outer and inner surfaces of the metal are subjected to electron bombardment (corona) in order for the polyurethane to adhere.

With these features, it can be safely used in buildings with high fire risk and in buildings where maximum fire resistance is required.
