Pur/Pır Insulated External Screwed Wall Panel

In Externally Screwed Wall Panels, screws are assembled from the outside due to the form feature.

Especially in container manufacturing, prefabricated buildings, interior partitions, preferred externally screwed wall panels offer economical solutions with details suitable for horizontal and vertical installation in your projects.

Although the panel is produced with polyurethane filling as standard, it can be produced with class B (fireproof) Fire Resistant Foam (polysacyanurate) filling material according to EN DIN 4102. During production, the outer and inner surfaces of the metal are subjected to electron bombardment (corona) in order for the polyurethane to adhere.

With these features, it can be safely used in buildings with high fire risk and in buildings where maximum fire resistance is required.
