5 Rib PUR/PIR Insulated Hidden Screw Roof Panel

In addition to its 5 rib shape and 35 mm rib height, it provides both functional and extremely stylish solutions in a wide range of pitches with its hidden screw options.

Roof panels developed for roofs with low slopes and circular surfaces can be used safely on roofs with a slope of up to 5% and a radius of over 150m.

Although the panel is produced with polyurethane filling as standard, it can be produced with class B (fireproof) Fire Resistant Foam (polysacyanurate) filling material according to EN DIN 4102. During production, the outer and inner surfaces of the metal are subjected to electron bombardment (corona) in order for the polyurethane to adhere.

With these features, it can be used safely in buildings with high fire risk and in buildings where maximum fire resistance is required.
